Put Your Mask on First: A Simple Self-Care Plan

Today, I want to talk about making a self-care plan in three simple steps:

  1. Talk to Someone
  2. Take Time for You
  3. Try Deep Relaxation

Many people who come into my office have been so busy taking care of other people and other things that they have completely neglected caring for themselves—often for years on end.

In many cases, it can feel like we don’t have a choice. We have family to look after, children to care for, and so many other things that we allow to take priority over caring for ourselves.

But what happens when we neglect self-care? We can’t keep going forever. Eventually, we break down and become unable to help anyone. It’s sort of like ignoring the oil-light that goes on in your car. If you ignore it for too long, then your car breaks down and it won’t work any longer.

If you can’t help yourself, how can you help anyone else? When I talk to clients with this problem, I remind them of airplane safety: always put your oxygen mask on first.

So here are three simple steps you can take toward prioritizing self-care.

1. Talk to Someone

Do you have someone who will hear you out when you just need to talk?

Perhaps there is a close family member or best friend you can call who will take time to hear your thoughts when you need a place to air them. Or maybe you need to talk to someone who is disconnected from your day-to-day life, such as a long-distant friend or even a therapist.

Don’t underestimate how important this is. Make sure you have someone to talk to every now and then, so that you don’t have to feel like you’re carrying all of your burdens alone.

2. Take Time for You

Take a look at your calendar.

How many people own your time?

There’s your boss, your family, friends, coworkers. Once all of their needs are scheduled in, I bet there isn’t much time left just for you.

You need to make that time. Schedule it in and keep it sacred.

Perhaps “me-time” for you, is doing things like taking a long walk every morning, sitting in the park and reading a book during your noon break, or listening to your favorite music while relaxing in the tub after dinner.

How you take time for yourself is completely up to you, but two things are important.

First, make sure everyone knows you’re unavailable. Switch off your phone. Tell the kids you’re going to be out of reach for an hour. Ask your partner to give you some time alone.

Second, do something that relaxes and rejuvenates you. Don’t think about work, and don’t do anything that makes you tense. Give your mind and body a break. Let your thoughts wander and find inspiration.

3. Try Deep Relaxation

Do you struggle, even when you have found time for yourself, to quiet your mind and find relaxation? Let’s face it: this isn’t easy.

In such a high-paced, inter-connected world, thoughts buzz around our head at a rate equivalent to activity levels on Twitter during the Oscars. It’s no wonder we struggle to disconnect!

But it’s at times like this where a tried-and-proven tool such as hypnosis can come in.

Hypnosis puts you in a state of deep relaxation, so you can finally let go of all the stress that is muddling your mind and interfering with your progression.

Hypnosis is a scientifically tried-and-proven tool that can help you re-program your mind through a state of deep relaxation.

At my office, I offer a free screening to see if hypnosis is right for you. So, when you’re ready to take the next step in your self-care plan, give us a call at (647) 210-8842.

Celebrating Our 6-Year Anniversary: The Greater Toronto Hypnosis Story

14 May 2019 Our Story

This month, Greater Toronto Hypnosis is celebrating its anniversary and to share our excitement we’re offering $100.00 off any program you sign up for in the month of May!

After six years of beautiful opportunities to help people through hypnosis, I’ve been inspired to reflect on what got me started on this track in the first place.

My Story

I’ve always been the kind of person others would open up to. Some people will know exactly what I mean. In high school, I earned the nickname “The Therapist” because people would just talk to me and for some reason, they felt comfortable sharing the personal and intimate things that were on their hearts.

I realized this was a gift, and because I’ve always loved helping people, I knew there had to be a way I could use this gift to do just that. While I continued to pursue other career paths, I held onto this feeling of being pulled back to helping others.

In 2012, I went through some of the biggest personal changes I’d ever experienced. As my world was changing in [so] many ways, I was given the chance to learn how hypnosis can be used in a therapeutic way to help people.

Does This Actually Work?

Until I experienced it myself for the first time, I couldn’t help but wonder, does hypnosis really work?

My close friend, who teaches hypnosis, convinced me to give it a try. I thought it could dovetail nicely with what I was already doing and my future career goals, so I went for it. As the saying goes:  “opportunity knocks softly”, and I, of course, am very grateful that I heard the call and listened. So I began my training.

Part of the training involved my teacher hypnotizing me for the first time. What I experienced blew my mind and I immediately felt the positive effects of hypnosis. You can read the story in this post about getting started with hypnosis, but in short, I discovered that hypnosis was a safe, completely natural, side-effect free way for people to tackle the big problems that plague our lives. These issues include stress, anxiety, panic, overeating, smoking, procrastination, and more.

More importantly, because it worked for me, I thought, This can work for anyone! Within hypnosis, I saw a tool with amazing potential to effectively help people. And that’s what inspired me to launch the Greater Toronto Hypnosis Centre.

By no means am I calling hypnosis a magical cure-all for the struggles of life. There is no such thing as a “magic pill”. But does hypnosis work? Does it help? I can say from personal experience and the results many of my clients have achieved over the years:  yes, hypnosis works.

You can read dozens of stories from people we’ve helped on our testimonials page.

Helping People Through Hypnosis

With hypnosis, I ventured into a new world. I went through the training to become a Certified Consulting Consulting Hypnotist, created a brand and website, and opened my first office in May 2013.

Initially, my focus was to help people lose weight and stop smoking; the business and scope of practice grew remarkably from there. At Greater Toronto Hypnosis Centre, we’ve been helping people improve their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Six years later, the business continues to grow. And I couldn’t be more grateful for it. I love empowering people to make positive changes in their lives and achieve their goals.

I am privileged to have this job and look forward to many more years of using hypnosis to help people. To all of our past and present clients, thank you for business and continued support!

5 Steps to Take Control of Your Life

The new year has begun, and you found the motivation to make some big changes and build good habits in the new year.

But now with February in full swing, you may have already started losing momentum on achieving your goals. Maybe you promised yourself you’d stop late-night snacking, or you would quit smoking. Perhaps you decided to start that ambitious project you’d been putting off for ages…But no matter how hard you’ve tried, you give in to the urges even though you know how bad they are for you, and you stop making the effort because you’re afraid you’ll end up failing.

If these scenarios sound familiar and you’ve been struggling to take control of your life, hypnosis could be just the thing to help you accomplish your goals. Let this simple guide help you get back in the driver’s seat:

1. Embrace Your Self

The key to succeeding at anything, is that you need to accept and believe in yourself. Check out these 5 positive affirmations in one of our previous articles, that can help you do just that.

By thinking positively about yourself, you’ll be in just the right position to start on the road to success.

2. Stop Self-Sabotage

Self-destructive habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, or eating poorly, can often seem almost impossible to overcome. You know it’s wrong, you know how it affects your long-term health and wellbeing, yet you can’t say “no” to it.

Once you have started to love and accept yourself and your body, you need to start taking better care of it.

Stop the self-sabotage! If you need help to quit smoking, explore how hypnosis can help. You can also benefit from hypnosis for overeating.

3. Look Ahead

Stop for a moment and think about what you would like your life to look like five years from now. Pull out a piece of paper and start writing down who you want to be, how you want to be living your life, and what you want to be surrounded by.

Use this picture to understand what really matters to you, and what doesn’t, so you can rethink your current routine.

4. Rethink Your Routines

Think about all the things that eat up your time during the day. How many of them are helping you achieve the picture you’ve just painted for your future? How are all the big and little things that you spend time on, helping you achieve what really matters to you?

Perhaps you spend a lot of time staying tidy and organized, when in the long run this isn’t something you value as much as, for instance, having good relationships with your family and friends. Maybe you should start spending less time tidying up, and more time investing in the people who matter to you.

Regardless of your choices, taking control of how you spend your time now, can help you regain control of your life and future.

5. Hold On To Your Gains With Hypnosis

Simply taking these initial steps won’t be enough. You have to hold on to the progress you have made by maintaining the right attitudes and habits.

When clients come to see me for various issues, I am able to show them how effective hypnosis can be to help you reinforce positive ideas and attain your goals. Hypnosis is painless, natural and relaxing, and can be an effective way to reinforce positive ideas.

At Greater Toronto Hypnosis Centre, we can guide you through this process. Give us a call today at (647) 210-8842 for your free screening.

You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain!

5 Positive Affirmations to Achieve Goals

As we begin the second month of 2019, you may be struggling to hold on to your New Year’s resolutions. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. According to U.S. News & World Report, 80% of the people who set New Year’s resolutions, give up by February.

In the last article, we learned how to stop procrastinating. Today, let’s talk about another way to succeed at achieving your goals–by using the power of positive thinking.

First, how can positive affirmations help you achieve your goals, and do they even work?

How Positive Affirmations Work

If there’s one thing successful people have in common, it is the ability to be positive regardless of their circumstances. There are countless scientific studies to show how being positive affects us both physically and mentally. The truth is that the power of positive thinking is simply incredible!

Positive affirmations help you overcome self-sabotage, and can also counter the negative effects of stress. Research has shown that taking a moment to be positive will calm your nerves, increase confidence, and improve your chances of success.

5 Goal-Setting Affirmations

Here is a simple formula to succeed at achieving your goals, and by following goal-setting affirmations, you can succeed at each of these steps, ultimately reaching your goals:

Step 1: Accept yourself
Step 2: Be grateful
Step 3: Put in the effort
Step 4: Stay focused
Step 5: Believe and succeed

1. I love and accept myself exactly as I am

The first step to success is accepting yourself. How can you make any progress or change if you haven’t acknowledged and accepted who you are now? Begin with this simple affirmation of self-acceptance before setting goals for how you would like to change.

2. I am grateful

After acceptance comes gratitude. By being grateful for what you already have, you will put your body and mind in the perfect position to obtain more. Trust this true and timeless principle, and remember to practice gratitude daily.

3. Today is a new day. I will get out of it just what I put into it.

With this affirmation, you can remind yourself every morning that you are beginning an entirely new day. More importantly, remember that you must put in the effort if you want to reap the rewards.

4. I am committed to being focused on my goal. I am worth it.

In modern life, we are surrounded by distractions. Staying focused on a single goal or task can sometimes seem unattainable. When you find yourself getting distracted, use this goal-setting affirmation to refocus. Remember why you are pursuing this goal in the first place, by calling attention to your commitment and, last but not least, remember that you are worth it.

5. When I believe in myself, so do others

And when others believe in you, you start to succeed! It is amazing how people treat you differently when you are confident.

Don’t forget that it’s not too late to succeed at your New Year’s resolutions! All of these steps actually help to “remap” your brain and thought patterns, making changes from the inside out. If you need help changing the way you think and achieve your goals, I’d like to invite you to try hypnosis.

When you become relaxed and enter the state of hypnosis, your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions, and it becomes easier to help you deal with issues and things that are bothering you, as well as teaching you how to let go of issues and become more positive.

At Greater Toronto Hypnosis Centre, we are experts in the effective use of hypnosis to provide positive ideas in your subconscious, helping you harness the power of positive thinking from within.

Give us a call today at (647) 210-8842 for your free screening, and let’s find out how hypnosis can work for you!

Stop Procrastinating―Learn How to Achieve Your Goals Now

“You may delay, but time will not.” – Benjamin Franklin

We are only a few weeks into the New Year but could it be that your resolutions are already losing steam? If so, you are not alone. The unfortunate truth is that most resolutions taper off by the end of January, and by February the majority have failed.

Why are New Year’s resolutions so popular, yet so often unsuccessful? One reason is procrastination.

When the first day of a new year comes around, we have every reason to stop procrastinating and take immediate action. When a new year begins, we have the chance to turn over a new leaf, start fresh, and of course, we want to jump on that opportunity!

However, when the holiday season and exciting start of a brand-new year fade into mundane everyday life, we can be unbelievably quick to fall back into old habits.

And one of the worst habits to fall back into is procrastinating getting things done, working on a new goal, stopping a habit, etc.

1. Overcoming Procrastination with Positive Thinking

If you are a procrastinator, the first step to overcoming this behavior is changing your mindset.

There are many ways that we self-sabotage and procrastination is one of the biggest. Another equally calamitous one is holding onto negative beliefs about ourselves.

This is yet another reason why new year’s resolutions often fail: we don’t believe that we are good enough to succeed. On top of that, we can’t forgive ourselves when we make a mistake. Because of this, we ultimately give up completely.

This is why we need to rephrase our internal dialogue and learn how to adopt a positive mindset―and this is something hypnosis can help you achieve.

2. Making a Plan to Achieve Your Goals

If you have been procrastinating on the big goals you would like to achieve in life, you can still use this time at the start of the new year to make a change, and make things happen. You can use the power of positive thinking to stop sabotaging yourself with procrastination.

January is the first of twelve months you will get this year. Ask yourself one simple question: What do you want to have accomplished by the end of 2019?

Now, let’s talk about how to achieve your goals. Start by breaking it down into milestones such as “what part of your goal can you achieve by the first quarter?”, “how about halfway through the year?”, etc. For instance, if you want to lose 60 pounds this year, you’ll want to drop 15 by the end of March. That means losing just over a pound a week. Setting such highly achievable and measurable goals makes success all the more likely.

Next, pull out your calendar and start marking up what should be done when, so you’ll have no more excuses to procrastinate.

3. Finding Success

Ultimately, in order to find success in achieving your goals, you will need to combine having the right mindset with making a solid plan.

Hypnosis can help you rephrase your internal dialogue and adopt a positive mindset so that you can stick with your plan and get your goals.

Why not give hypnosis a try? I offer a free screening to determine whether hypnosis will be right for you. Don’t procrastinate any longer—call (647) 210-8842 right now, and get started on achieving your goal!

Discover the Best Way to Quit Smoking This Year

Smoking can be one of the most difficult habits to quit. We all know people who have gone through a “quitting cycle” (you stop, and then start, and then stop again, etc.). In fact, maybe you have experienced this yourself: First, you announce to your friends and family that you have quit smoking. You don’t touch cigarettes for a couple of days, maybe even weeks, and then you start again. Sadly, you weren’t prepared to deal with the cravings, and triggers that cause you to smoke in the first place.

Reasons for smoking are different for everyone and can range from things like an unbeatable urge to smoke after a stressful day at work, or a social environment that triggered the desire to light up again, and so on. But regardless of which, the next thing you know, you’re holding a cigarette in your hand and telling yourself that just one is fine. Then, before you know it, you’re back to your regular smoking habit. The worst part is that every time you fail to quit, success at stopping smoking seems to slip farther and farther out of reach.

Now that a new year has begun, it brings new hope! Perhaps quitting smoking has been one of your New Year’s resolutions for 2019, and this can be the year that you stop cigarette smoking forever. Let hypnosis be your pain-free, and drug-free way to quit!

Why and How to Quit Smoking

There are many ways to quit smoking: using e-cigarettes, nicotine replacement therapy, or simply going cold turkey are just a few examples. However, whether or not you can achieve success with these methods is a different story.

When you are trying to quit smoking, it helps to know “why” you’re doing it. Properly understanding the adverse effects of smoking, as well as the immediate and long-term benefits of quitting, can help motivate you. It’s also important to understand that the sooner you quit, the faster your body will benefit. In fact, the benefits of quitting will begin in as little as one hour after your last cigarette, and you will immediately be on the path to a reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, and lung disease.

Don’t tell yourself you’ll stop next month or next year, when you can discover how to quit smoking now.

The Best Way to Quit Smoking Today

Maybe you have tried nicotine patches or other forms of medication to quit smoking and it hasn’t worked out for you. Though smoking is very much a physical addiction, we must ultimately find the strength to overcome it in our minds.

This is why I would like you to invite you to try something new.

You can quit smoking through hypnosis, a method which has many other benefits. Hypnosis can help solidify positive thinking and effective thought patterns. When it comes to smoking, a hypnotist can reinforce some key ideas by speaking to your subconscious. Then, you can learn self-hypnosis to keep yourself on the path to success.

Could hypnosis be the best way to quit smoking? You can find out for yourself, today. Call (647) 210-8842 for a free screening and we will let you know if and how hypnosis can help you stop smoking for good!

How to Build Good Habits in the New Year

Do you have a few bad habits, like smoking or over-eating, that you simply haven’t been able to stop, no matter how you try to motivate yourself?

The start of a new year is always a wonderful time to attempt to change the things we don’t like about ourselves. Unfortunately, New Year’s resolutions are not always effective, and rarely sustain for as long as we’d like them to.

This year, instead of focusing on breaking bad habits, I would like to help you build good ones, and replace the need to resort to such destructive behaviors as overeating or smoking in the first place.

Motivation through Positive Reinforcement

If you are like most people, chances are you want to achieve one of the three most common New Year’s resolutions: lose weight, quit smoking, become motivated to achieve a goal…or all of the above.

When it comes to building good habits (such as exercising and eating healthy) and breaking bad habits (like stopping smoking), we can be motivated either through positive or negative reinforcement.

Positive reinforcement refers to the feeling of accomplishment that comes from doing the things you want to be doing, while negative reinforcement comes from the guilt you feel for not doing them.

However, studies have shown that feeling good about your progress is a much more effective motivator than guilt. In fact, negative reinforcement and self-doubt are often the reasons people give up on their New Year’s resolutions. When we feel like we are failing, the easiest thing to do is to stop making the effort to try.

It is far more beneficial to instead focus on positive reinforcement by celebrating your progress, and rewarding yourself for reaching milestones. Patting yourself on the back for taking a step in the right direction—even a small one—is far more effective than beating yourself up for not being good enough.

Positive Thinking Through Hypnosis

Maybe you are not a very positive person, or perhaps you are very hard on yourself. Through hypnosis, you can learn how to build good habits using the power of positive thinking, and here is how it works: As a hypnotist, I bypass the part of your conscious mind that says you can’t succeed or worries that you are already failing, and instead I speak directly to your subconscious mind. By suggesting positive ideas, I help my clients adopt a better mindset from the inside out.

Even if you are the type of person who tends to zero-in on the negative, hypnosis can help change your focus to the “positive”, and help make it easier for you to maintain those healthy habits you have been wanting to build for so long.

So, let 2019 be the year that brings you success in achieving your New Year’s resolutions, and making sure they stick for the rest of your life!

I would like to invite you to call us at (647) 210-8842 for a free screening, so you can discover what hypnosis will do for you, and help you learn how to build good habits.

Have a very Happy New Year!

How to Stop Overeating This Holiday Season

As a child, the holidays probably made you think of presents and Santa Claus. Now that you are an adult, the first two things that come to mind are most likely to be ‘food’ and ‘stress’. Though the holidays are meant to be a joyous time, this particular combination of stress and food can, unfortunately, be quite disastrous for your mental and physical health.

During this Holiday Season, you might be wondering how to prevent Stress Eating. Today, let me walk you through some straightforward tips that will help you gain control over this destructive habit.

Know Your Signs of Stress

By first understanding how stress causes us to overeat, we can protect ourselves from binge eating during this demanding time of year. This understanding begins with knowing your signs of stress.

When things get hectic at work, do you start making more frequent trips to the coffeemaker or vending machine for some junk food or a fix of caffeine? If the answer is “yes”, then try to become aware of these signs that stress is beginning to take its toll on you.

Next, understand where such habits and cravings are coming from. Having low energy is a physical sign of stress, which explains why it’s so common to crave sugar when we are anxious. The good news is that by becoming aware of such stress habits, you are already on your way to overcoming them!

Learn Effective Stress Management

Once you have identified your stress habits, you can create an effective stress management plan. If your goal is to reduce stress eating (or drinking), think of a way to replace this bad habit with a good one.

One option is to plan ahead by having healthy, stress-relieving snacks on hand. That way, when you catch yourself reaching for a sugary snack to calm your frazzled nerves, you can go for something healthier instead. Snacking on a handful of nuts or a cup of yogurt will have a far better effect on your body and your mental state.

However, if you want to focus on cutting calories, you will need to decrease the overall amount you consume—something that takes quite a lot of willpower. Simply replacing an unhealthy snack with a healthy one isn’t going to stop you from overeating when anxiety kicks in.

Can you imagine yourself going for a run during the mid-day slump, instead of walking to the coffee shop for a Frappuccino to boost your energy levels? Perhaps this doesn’t seem possible now, but I’d like to tell you that you can actually achieve these goals. In fact, hypnosis is a wonderful way to help!

Are you ready for something new? With hypnosis, you can tap into your subconscious and rewire the way you think from the inside out. If you were never able to picture yourself as the type of person who stayed fit and active, well you can change that, and hypnosis might be your answer.

We offer a free screening to every client to ensure that hypnosis can work for them. Give us a call at (647) 210-8842 to find out what hypnosis can do for you!

Hypnosis For Pain Management

“Don’t fight your pain; you can’t win. The paradox of recovery is that you have to surrender to win. Accepting what you cannot change makes the difference.” – Adapted from Pain Recovery:  How to Find Balance and Reduce Suffering from Chronic Pain

Hypnosis is a very effective tool that can help with the management of pain. Hypnosis doesn’t make the pain go away. Rather you learn techniques to help you deal better with the pain, and reduce the stress associated with it.

As a client once told me regarding her pain in her leg:  “I know that the pain is still there, but I just don’t think about it that much any longer. I used to think about it 24/7 and it was all that was on my mind.”

Pain And Your Mindset

If you are always thinking to yourself, “I cannot do anything about my pain!” then it will constantly be on your mind. You will never be able to dissociate with it. One of the things that hypnosis for pain management can do, is to help you to change thinking patterns that make your pain feel worse. How incredible would it be if you knew the pain was there, but you learned techniques through hypnosis to help you change your mindset so you could focus on other things!

According to a July 2, 2014 article from the American Psychological Association:  “A meta-analysis (a study of studies) in 2000 of 18 published studies by psychologists Guy Montgomery, PhD, Katherine DuHamel, PhD, and William Redd, PhD, showed that 75% of clinical and experimental participants with different types of pain obtained substantial pain relief from hypnotic techniques.”

Consult With A Physician

Before using hypnosis for pain management, you want to ensure first that the pain isn’t being caused by something that requires medical attention. In fact, if a client wants to see me for pain management hypnosis, it is my policy that I will send a letter to their doctor to make them aware that the client is using hypnosis to help them with a pain. Hypnosis can help to manage the pain, and after a short time, essentially help you to “forget” about the pain and concentrate on other things in your life.

There could be huge implications if the headaches were caused by something far more serious (a tumor, circulation issues, etc.) that required medical intervention, and you ignored them! So it is very important that you first consult with a physician regarding any pain before starting hypnosis.

If you are interested in seeing how hypnosis can help you manage your pain (or lose weight, quit smoking, gain confidence, or deal with stress), please give me a call. I offer a free screening to every client to determine whether hypnosis is going to work for them, and also if they are ready for hypnosis.

The Importance Of Enough Sleep

“I think if you have a good night’s sleep, you can take on the world.” – Tamsin Egerton

Why Sleep Is Important

Getting a good night’s sleep always makes you feel better. What a lot of people don’t realize is that the importance of sleep is not just about putting you in a better mood, or getting rid of those dark circles under the eyes. Getting adequate sleep is a significant part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and among other things, it can also benefit your mind, your heart, and even your weight.

Ever wondered why your children are sometimes misbehaving? While other factors may be at play, a big contributing reason may simply be that they are not getting enough sleep. According to a Reuters Health article from March 16, 2017, lead author, Dr. Elise Taveras told the publication: “Children who aren’t getting the recommended amount of sleep have more difficulties with attention, with emotional control, with reasoning, with problem-solving, and also have behavioral problems.” What is also important to remember is that adults need their sleep just as much as kids do.

Sleep Can Affect Weight

Regarding your weight, the same areas of your brain control sleep and your metabolism. In a March 4, 2018 story on Health.com, University of Chicago researchers noticed that people trying to lose weight lost similar amounts of total weight regardless of how much sleep they were getting. However they found that:  “…dieters who were well rested lost more fat—56% of their weight loss—than those who were sleep deprived, who lost more muscle mass. Dieters in the study also felt more hungry when they got less sleep…When you are sleepy, certain hormones go up in your blood, and those same hormones drive appetite.” This is significant evidence to make sure you’re getting enough sleep if you’re trying to lose weight, and it’s one of the things I stress with my weight loss hypnosis clients.

When you aren’t getting the right amount of slumber, you can become careless at work, grumpy in your relationship, your health can decline, and overall you just don’t feel right.

How Hypnosis Can Treat Sleep Disorders

While there may be other health issues at play, one of the biggest factors for ensuring a restful sleep, is simply reducing the stress and fears in your life. Using hypnosis, I help clients learn to relax, thereby enabling them to let go of the “things on their mind” so that they can have a better night’s sleep. The incredible changes clients notice when they are going with the flow and relaxing are evident in many areas of their lives—but most notably when they sleep.

Improving your sleep is just one of the many issues with which hypnosis can help. And whether you are looking to stop smoking, build your confidence, fix a performance anxiety, or lose weight, hypnosis is an incredible tool to assist you in reaching your goals. It’s safe, painless, relaxing, and a lot of fun!

I offer a free consultation screening to every client to assess whether hypnosis is going to work for them, and also if they are ready for hypnosis.

In addition, this month our 5th Anniversary Sale continues! You can get $100.00 off any hypnosis program you sign up for. Just be sure to mention the code:  “HAPPY5TH” when booking to take advantage of the offer.

Hypnosis can help you take control of your own life and help you achieve your goals! Call now for your free 30-40 minute screening, and see if hypnosis is right for you:  (647) 210-8842.
