We offer a screening that lasts approximately 40 minutes, and it is completely FREE. It is informative, and fun. During this screening we will give an in-depth and honest explanation of hypnosis to you, and also assess your situation. If we don’t feel that hypnosis will be of benefit or be right for you, we will let you know.
Long-term weight loss is as much a part of maintaining healthy eating habits (your intake), as it also is exercising as well (burning it off). If a weight-loss program does not include both healthy eating AND exercise as part of it, then it may be very difficult to maintain results for the long-term.
