Yes, completely. It's a full consultation with a Certified Hypnotist, with no cost and no obligation. We'll listen to your goals and give you an honest answer about whether hypnosis is right for you.

Do you offer hypnotherapy sessions online?

Yes. Alongside in-person sessions at our Richmond Hill office, we offer Video Call Sessions for clients anywhere in the world. In fact, a great many of our clients across the GTA choose video calls simply for the convenience.

What areas do you serve?

We work with clients throughout Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Markham, Maple, Newmarket, and Southern Ontario, plus anyone worldwide through video call sessions.

How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

It depends on your goal. Some clients see real change in just a few sessions, while others may require a longer program. During your free screening consultation, we will map out a realistic plan that is right for you.

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state you in fact already enter every day, and is similar to the feeling you get right before falling asleep. While in hypnosis, you stay fully aware and in control the entire time, and nothing happens without your consent.
